Serving Magalia, California

Your property, kept in view.

Alpine helps Magalia owners care for occupied homes, rentals and vacant properties. Home maintenance keeps everyday repairs moving; preservation visits provide a way to look after a property when you cannot be there yourself.

Property care on the Upper Ridge

Know what needs attention.

Magalia and Paradise Pines are part of the Upper Ridge community described by Butte County, north of the Town of Paradise. Alpine serves this area with practical maintenance and property visits, with work based on the condition of each home rather than assumptions about its age or history.

For an owner away from the property, a current set of condition photos can answer useful questions: Is an opening damaged? Is there discarded material to remove? Has visible overgrowth become a maintenance issue? We can check the agreed areas, explain what we observe and discuss any follow-up work.

Visible-condition visits

A record of the areas checked, with photos of conditions that may need attention.

Authorized securing

Lock or board-up work where appropriate for an authorized owner or representative.

Maintenance follow-through

Approved repairs and upkeep, with completion photos when included in the work.

For the home you live in

Everyday details still matter.

Property preservation is only part of what we do. Magalia homeowners can also call Alpine for door and hardware adjustments, minor patching, caulking and a collection of small maintenance tasks. A home can be in regular use and still benefit from practical help finishing the details.

For a rental or family property changing hands, we can discuss turnover repairs and agreed cleanout work together. You decide what needs to be done; we keep the work and updates tied to those priorities.

County notices and overgrowth

Make the next step manageable.

Magalia is unincorporated, so County resources apply to local property-maintenance and nuisance concerns. Butte County also directs defensible-space concerns to its Fire department. The official County link below is a starting point when you need to reach the appropriate office.

Alpine offers weed abatement, debris removal and related maintenance within our scope. If you have a notice, we can discuss its physical work items; the issuing agency decides whether its requirements are met. To talk about a project or a property visit, call or text (530) 249-0592, or email info@alpinepropertypreservation.com. You can send pictures directly by text or email.

A few useful answers

Before we get started.

Can you provide Magalia property photos while I am away?

Yes. We can arrange a visit and photograph agreed visible areas. It gives you information from that visit, rather than continuous security monitoring or a certified inspection of hidden conditions.

Is Magalia served by Paradise Code Enforcement?

Magalia is an unincorporated Butte County community. County departments are the relevant starting point for its property-maintenance concerns; notices should be discussed with the office that issued them.

Do I need an ongoing arrangement to book work?

No. Contact Alpine about a single repair, one property visit or continued upkeep. We can discuss the approach that fits what you need.
